Project

Renaissance Square is an exciting new project in the heart of Southeast Fort Worth. Plans call for over 450,000 square feet of new anchor and junior anchor space suitable for grocery, soft goods, sporting goods, electronics, and cinema. In addition, 13 out parcels are available for fast food, casual dining, banking, pharmacy, and convenience. All told, the development will encompass over 500,000 square feet of leaseable space, making it a major draw for shoppers from all over Southeast Fort Worth.

Access & Visibility

A critical component of this project is improving access to the site from US 287. A cooperative effort between the developers, the City of Fort Worth, and NTCOG has resulted in a federal grant to help pay for nearly $1.5 million in intersection improvements. These improvements will allow southbound traffic on S 287 to exit and make a right-hand turn onto Berry Avenue, as detailed in the map to the right.
