Walmart Supercenter to Anchor Renaissance Square in Southeast Fort Worth
Fort Worth, TX (April 1, 2011) – Lockard Development, Inc. and Moriah Real Estate Company announced today that Walmart has plans to open a 180,000 Supercenter in Renaissance Square. Walmart is currently under contract to purchase approximately 18 acres for its new store within Renaissance Square, and are eager to open as soon as they can complete all of their due diligence, engineering, and construction timelines. Walmart will serve as the anchor for Renaissance Square, a shopping center in Southeast Fort Worth that will feature over 400,000 square feet of stores, restaurants, and convenience retailers.
